120 linear feet of full round telescopic forms for use in forming a 12 foot diameter tunnel. 

The 120 foot forms can be broken down to 24 (five linear foot long x 12 foot diameter) sections. 

Each of the five linear foot long x 12 foot diameter sections can then be broken down to 5 curved pieces which make the 12 foot diameter. 

The picture shows two of the (five linear foot long x 12 foot diameter sections) bolted together which creates 10 linear feet of these 12 foot tunnel forms.
